Résumés flow through the application process to the job list. Résumés coming in through a fax or hard copy format can be easily uploaded into the résumés database through the optional Résumé Converter tool.

Report tools offer a wide range of reporting options for typical and not-so-typical reporting needs. Job posting activiy, candidate activity, time-to-hire, candidate source, and job seeker demographics are just a few of the reports that are available to users.
