Our unique skills based system allows you to track and score candidates based on skills that are chosen specifically by your team. The skills function generates accurate notifications of positions matching your candidate database.

Résumés flow through the application process to the job listing that candidates have applied to. Résumés coming in through a fax or hard copy format can be easily uploaded into the résumé database through the optional Résumé Converter tool.

Security and privacy is maintained for users following the PIPA and PIPEDA guidelines for Canada and the Affirmative Action guidelines for the USA.
